Buying Horizon (already Bought One. Let This Post Rest In Pieces.)

Hoi. As I had been loot running with my outdated loot-run route, I can't seem to ever find this particular leggings called "Horizon".
(maybe its cuz it can only be found in a tier III loot chests and I literally only have two loot chests in my current route.. but eh..)

So if anybody possesses such an item and is willing to sell it to me then plez state with picture of stats and its price. (Please don't overprice. Imma broke after I bought a -5700 cata several months ago.)

Oh and if you happen to know a gud lvl 90-100 loot running route, then plez let me know and try to give me the details of it through a method that is most convenient for you. or something like that.. (Not outdated like mine plz.)
