Can't Rename Pets

    So I just bought VIP+, but I can't seen to rename my pets. It despawns the pet but doesn't actually change the name. I'm not using any mods except Optifine which I've disabled but it still doesn't work. Does anyone know a fix for this?

    I've heard pet renaming has been having issues for a while. Not certain about this though.

    I really hope not. One of the main reasons I bought the VIP was to rename my horse and pet.
