I don't think people will buy a Sage for that much, particularly since it's low enough that Wybel Wand can beat it.

 

People use it for its level. When they’re lvl 47, they can’t use a lvl 90 wand so they use sage. It’s worth this much easily. I’ve seen sages go for 20+ le

 

Fair, I forgot it's so low-level - I mentally think of it as a 70s wand.
