the worst pure, with like minimum stats and high rerolls, would go for like 20

 

I bought a Horrendous pure for 30 le and a ton of powders. it was like 120% spell dmg. then a kind soul rerolled it for me even though it was a [3] when he rerolled the pure it became 520% and then I got scammed for a fucking warchief. FML I COULD HAVE HAD 2 STAX REEEEEEEEEEE
