Stuck On Sewers Of Ragni Quest

I am on 1.2.2 with optifine. I was doing the sewers of ragani quest up until the point where you activate the TNT. When I press the button the water starts to push me. After a couple seconds I get warped into a dark box. I have attempted this many times on different servers and on different versions. I end up having to kill myself in the box. When my friend attempted the quest everything worked out ok with him. Am I doing anything wrong/is their a solution to this problem. An response would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

P.S I know I can use /kill to get out of the box I just want to advance in the quest!

1.12.2 is the most stable version to play Wynncraft on.

Also, I'm not sure if this will help or not, but try typing /fixquests and try to do the quest again.

 

Thanks for the response. I just attempted to do /fixquests. All it did was tell me that I had all the quest items. Is there a way to reset a quest?

 

Try without optifine, and if possible redo the all of the parts you previously completed, in case you missed a trigger or something. If that doesn't work, try the quest with someone else (do it at the same time) and see if you can get them to advance your progress.

in all seriousness, what class are you playing? as long as you aren't assassin, try spamming your R-R-R (or L-L-L for archer) away from the water

 

I am playing mage. I will try teleporting away form the water to see if it doesn’t trap me and let’s me move on. Thank you for the help.
