Need Help With Quest(fate Of The Fallen)

I do not need any help completing it, but I need help getting back to it. I was at the nether portal bridge on the part of the quest where you protect the portal. I didn't know what to do, so I tried teleporting across the bridge and fell into the lava. I teleported back to Detlas and now cannot get back to finish it.

 

Go back to Nesaak, get the staff from the bank, go back to Time Valley and reenter Past Nesaak. You may or may not have to trigger the cutscene where Theorick protects that random person, if not just go straight to the house where he tells you to meet up and you should be able to go back to the bridge section.

 

I haven't come across this problem, but I have some ideas.

1. I assume you tried this, but go to the nether portal from where you are.

2. Get Theorick's wand and go back in time again, then talk to him where you last talked.

When you get back to the portal, there's a button next to the portal. Press it.
