Resource Pack Issues

Hello! I was wondering if there was any way that I could get the resource pack downloaded so i can manually load it up. I've had this issue before on a different server. I would have it where it would have the server load it up on its own, but it would disconnect me and it would never load up, no matter how many times i try. Please help.

 

Yes, you can side load the resource pack. Idk where you can download the pack except by connecting to the sever one time. I will look up the forum post(s) about how to do that. Also, there are other 3rd party packs to help with lag.
