Opened Up My Monthly Box And Got Epic Wand But Nowhere To Be Found?

    Just opened up my box and got the Epic futuristic wand but never actually dropped or went into inventory. not sure how to get it back or if i can? Help would be greatly appreciated

    Uhh, you misunderstood the crates.
    You don't get items from the grates. You got an alternative skin for an item.
    Do /use, and choose weapon skins in the menu. Click on the futuristic wand, and your wands will now look futuristic.
