1.3k less health and 450 less meteor damage in exchange for pretty good elemental defenses and 129 Int.

 

112 = 129 ?

 

is conduit not good? Boreal just straight up better? Why the epehemeral over sagg?

 

ephemeral gives mana regen, and conduit lacks thunder defense. it could work if you don't care about thunder defense though.

 

BPA over Conduit because of defenses mainly. Capricorn -> Ephemeral and Sagittarius -> Steamjets, since those defenses work out better (countered by BPA).

i’m really attached to conduit. is there anyway to make it work?

 

https://wynndata.tk/s/7v62Wa cool hp and 4k heals, ditch rubber if too sp tight obligatory ew vaward. diamond steam steam ring, gold hydro ring, detective's ring, basically anything works

 

It works here, just at the cost of elemental defenses.

I managed a few different builds with this, they're workable although I'm not entirely satisfied with them.

Edit: by2011's build is better than either of these for sure.
