Heroic Figures: Redux ~ Forum Rp { Cancelled }

Heroic Figures: Redux is a "brought back; revived" version of the original forum role play I tried (and basically gave up) to run about a year ago or so. I don't remember the specific amount of time that has gone by. I'd check the original thread but it's deleted so...

According to Wikipedia "A superhero (sometimes rendered super-hero or super hero) is a type of heroic stock character, usually possessing supernatural or superhuman powers, who is dedicated to fighting crime, protecting the public, and usually battling super villains." That's basically the premise of the RP; I have no pre-built story, just a pre-built world.
This "continuity" in the Heroic Figures universe takes place 3 years after the original thread (so if you were apart of the original RP and want to play as the same character, you'd just need to tell me what happened to them in the past three years). The rise of super-powered individuals and masked good-doers (and vigilantes) in general has caused much unrest within society and many anti-superhuman protests across the globe and for some sort of control to be put on them. The United Nations original solution was to label all of them criminals as vigilantism was illegal anyways but a massive witch hunt against supers (known as the Mutant Hunts presently as people with any genetic alteration were the main target regardless of whether they spent their free time dressing in colorful spandex) ended up just making worse as it encouraged the emergence of super villains (the same way The War on Drugs actually increased the usage of street drugs) and did nothing to stop the serious heroes (sorta like how The Prohibition never stopped people from drinking alcohol, weird how people never seem to learn from history). On top of that, this started the Meta Humans United group (MHU) which is basically the Pride movement for people with powers so I won't get into them. Ultimately, the backlash caused the program to shut down six months and, after some mulling about, a new program was erected in its place: The International Alliance of Heroic Figures, I.A.H.F for short. The I.A.H.F is a government run organization for super heroes (and those that aspire to be super heroes) running operations across the globe to stop villains (and anyone the local government or the UN labels a “threat”) in a completely legal manner with public offices in most major cities and and actual bases of operation hidden god knows where. This new program was met with much more positive praise then its predecessor, especially by the MHU who works closely the PR side of the organization. The IAHF still stands to this day as the go to place if you need to learn how to control your new abilities or just want to be a hero to the common people and fight against those that threaten your home (Note that if you are the latter and posses no special abilities, you'll probably just be redirected to the Army or maybe even the CIA and just work your way up form their).
Make a hero, don your mask, fight crime, battle super villains while making one-liners and quips, and protect the general public as a Heroic Figure.

The application for your character is below, but there’s something I want you to keep in mind while making them: Be realistic. No you can't be Jesus the second coming or God himself. Or any kind of Mary Sue because they don't make for good heroes. If you want to do something, but it doesn't make sense, don't do it.

Superhero Name: The name of your hero goes here.
Alternate Identity: Unless you plan on running around as your hero 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (and do specify if you do), you'll need an alter ego to hide behind. This is your character's actual name, at least when not out on the job.
Age/Gender: Your character’s age and gender go here.
Bio: Here you can list all sorts of details about your character, anything that you think is. Where are they from? Where did they get their powers/skills from? What inspired them to be a hero? What is their personality like? Does your character live a dual lifestyle? If yes, tell me all about it. An actual origin story is optional.

Super Suit: Describe your super suit here. It can be anything from a simple mask and hoodie combo to the Iron Man suit. If your working under the IAHF, you'll have a special suit tailored for you with support items to meet your needs (that will conveniently look like what you want it to).
Skills and Abilities: A list of all your (known) powers, skills and abilities go here. Bulleted preferably. Note that you aren't limited to superhuman or supernatural abilities. If your hero relies on a tool belt of gadgets that conveniently has something for every situation, that goes here. If they're just rocking a bow and quiver and just never miss a shot, that goes here.
Weakness: Yes, you have to have a weakness. It can be pretty much anything too. Maybe it's a random rock or chemical. Maybe water temporally negates your powers. Maybe it's the fact that you have no military or professional fighting training whatsoever. Maybe it's the fact that you're still human and are vulnerable to human vulnerabilities.

Time as a Super: You put how long your character been a super hero here. If your character is apart of any group or organization (such as the IAHF), you put how long you've been with them here as well. This time frame can range anywhere from a veteran that's been doing this for years to "I literally just got my superpowers and I don't know what the f*ck is going on!"
Relationships: Any pre-existing relationships (as in, prior to the start of the RP) should be listed here as well as the how long the relationship has lasted and the quality of the relationship (Whether you like or don't like the person (and whether they like/don't like you) and how much so.). Friends, family, people you know at school or work, other heroes you may be in contact with, villains you commonly fight. All of that should go here.
Main City of Operations: This is where your hero lives, has their hideout, or just generally focuses their main attention to. This RP takes place in the United States of America, but don't think you're limited to real world locations. While you may list Dallas or Atlanta at your city, you are very much allowed to come up with your own fictional city for you character to live in. These fictional cities can be placed wherever in the country you'd like and if a lot people live in fictional cities, I'll just put them nearby each other. However, if one person decides to play in New York City and another person plays in San Francisco, things are simply out of my hand.

Bio: Keita was an orphan and loner who grew up on the streets of a gang-controlled city in the middle of Nowhere, USA. With his parents dead by the hands of the city's leading gang and his sister missing, he learned to fight at an early age in order to survive. The streets were a brutal place. Most of the people who scraped by were victims of the Gang (we'll just capitalize since there's basically only one at this point) and Keita made some lifelong friends fighting against the people who had taken over the city.
Fast foward a bit (or a lot), he found a violin in the dump and taught himself to play it and got a scholarship/sponsorship to a real school. Which he didn't feel great about, since he left his friends behind. While the Gang was actually having trouble keeping them down. I dunno. At some later point, his powers manifested, and he decided to go to the IAHF, to learn about his powers and maybe come back and make a difference in his hometown.
Skills and Abilities:
Basically an amateur psychic.

• Telepathy (with consent, and no mind-altering stuff... yet)
• Telekinesis (doesn't have great control, except with small items or extremely familiar ones)
• Teleportation (but only a max of like 50 feet... for now)

The idea is, he has these abilities, but hasn't got amazing mental control, which limits his ability to use them. Teleportation, for instance, requires either picturing the location you wish to go to, or "projecting" yourself in a certain direction. He doesn't know about the picturing thing yet. Telekinesis is much the same way. Telepathy requires establishing a connection... which works the same way. "Consent" means for now that the target must be aware of his ability and willing to listen.

Bio:

• Born ages ago (If you want me to get specific, I will. I just don't think it's tooooo important.)
• Gained powers after her lover died (she was 17)
  • Prayed for a day after his death
  • Bestowed abilities, that weren't strong enough to save him (rip, a few hours to long)
  • Spent first few (8) years wandering and healing. (She's 25 here)
  • Fell in love again, but he became different after he learned of her powers
    • Disobeyed him once, and they were never the same again
    • She learned of her eventful death and killed him before she would be killed
• Fast forward many years:
  • Becomes quite famous for her "miracle cure" (lmao time reversal pretty gud)
  • Everyone sent a bunch of people to keep an eye on her and everyone else (she only accepted one from each group tho and to be her servants really. Also only girls. [Because it's easier than having to make sure no guys are taking a bath])
    • Basically, her place is a bunch of girls living together, and then her
  • Lots of groups donated to her (so she has a huge plot of land, a mansion, a private plane, and more money than she knows what to do with) and they keep sending gifts to stay on her good side. :p (after all, the major powers might team up to crush something for her if she asks)
  • Many gather in front of her gates to be healed (after all, she might not necessarily charge money).
  • Some people have VIP passes from her, allowing them to skip the line (like 2 to each important group, and 1 to each minor)
• Prefers the age of 24, before she met her second lover.
• Also likes the age of 16, when she was with her first lover.
• Found out about her death 24 hours in advanced, and successfully faked her "death and revival" twice. (which is why they can't really threaten her with death).
• Has an uncaring outlook towards life.
• Practically allows the servants to do whatever they want, as long as no one is harmed (no bringing males over. :l)
• • Makes sure to heal everyone, regardless of the time needed
    • She doesn't need to eat or drink so let's heal for 24hr straight! :L (hopefully not that many people are always in need of help. >.<)
  • Refuses to get in another relationship (second one was trash, so there are bad memories. xd)

  • Save lives above all else (so if you murder a little girl and get shot, you can still expect some help from her

Spoiler: Backstory!

Once, at age 13, he almost died when he was kidnapped while playing in the park. He struggled, bugged the hell, destroyed a bunch of stuff, the 3 kidnappers decided to kill him because of his troubles. Upon that moment, he gained a stand with a fraction of its current power, which killed the three kidnappers. Eventually, he was able to get back home with his mother worrying about him. However, he was traumatized, and decided to master the power so he could control it. Eventually, at age 15, he watched some anime and began to at that workout. Because he was a weeb, he decided to come up with some techniques for his stand. However, he had forgotten most of them due to age and realizing that anime was boring after a while. He however does still normally workout.

Power - The stand can punch through a brick wall given some time. Steel bars take a while to break.
Speed - Stand itself can move pretty quickly, with enough speed to dodge bullets from afar coming at it
Range - The Stand is a close ranged Stand, only being able to be summoned 0-3 meters from the user for close to max power while 4-7 meters for drastically weaker in power
Potential - Stand can evolve into slightly different abilities
Precision - Reaction time is really high, and accuracy is near perfect.
Durability - Can take several hits like several bullets. Durable as steel.

• Ability Description: Any impact dealt by the Stand can be repeated that has been dealt within a 10 minute period by the Stand. The impact's strength is has much force the punch dealt to it. Cannot trigger impacts out of its 15 meter radius sphere.
• Stand Invisibility: Ordinary People cannot see Stands no matter what. Supers can see Stands if they either engage the user in combat.
• Stand Limbs: Can summon parts of Stand to do a quick action. Example is Stand jumping, like when Jotaro used his stand to jump high in the N'Doul fight.

Superhero Name: Lunar Wing
Alternate Identity: Shaun Bilelon
Age/Gender: Appears 27-29, male.
Bio: Usually in the "Lunar Wing" persona, mostly uses real identity as a cover (for purchases and such).
Boring brown hair, bland brown eyes, little to no beard. Actually about 38: just ages slower due to powers.
Offically works at a tech giant, however, is more of a freelancer special-agent: usually takes the jobs the tech giant gives them, since they have a shared goal. (more on this later) The tech giant pays by maintaining Shaun's cover and some cash and components for gadgets. Sometimes takes other jobs the tech giant relays to him and beats random criminals.
The tech giant goes by the name of Aknown, and it's a more-or-less known thing it associates with Lunar Wing. Lunar's usual jobs are removing internal corruption, busting plans that would illegally damage the company, and most importantly: seek an item stolen from the company. Sometimes there are odd jobs like helping another company that relayed a message through Aknown, but mostly it's just those three.
Lunar/Shaun works with the company due to a reason: In the past, Shaun was a junior researcher at Aknown, researching a new potential source of energy. Shaun figured out it did some really weird stuff with photons, and constructed two prototypes of an item using all that matter. He called it the Luxbender. It's pretty much a 3d-printer but very fast and efficent, but temporary. One was stolen by someone. In an incident. Where most of the lab burnt down and Shaun was almost killed. Shaun survived by using the remaining Luxbender in some very creative ways. The company and Shaun agreed that the other item must be recovered, and also agreed that since Shaun could use appearantly use the Luxbender so well, he could use it to find the other one. So they chose to keep the accident secret.
So Shaun made a supersuit out of the other and started hunting for clues. Since he has been looking for them for about a decade, the sightings of him were starting to pile up, as were some leaks that confirmed he was connected to Aknown.
So they just said "Lunar wing gets equipment from us, and mostly hunts down criminals but sometimes also takes care of internal problems like corruption."

Lunar/Shaun has a hideout, it's pretty much a large room with no windows inside the Aknown building. He tinkers with things, keeps track of the paperwork and meets the corporation bigwings there. In order to protect Shaun from being evicted if someone or something takes over the corporation and tries to make it impossible for him to undo it, he actually owns that room and everything that comes with it.
Skills and Abilities: The Luxbender is Shun's main source of power. It bends light and does weird stuff with it, and Shaun usually uses it to create shields or shoot lasers. Sometimes, he uses it to create a more complex construct (such as a tool) but it takes some time to make complex things, so usually he doesn't do that. All things it creates disappear shortly, due to how unstable they are.
The wings. At first, they were mostly used for gliding, and can still be used that way. Then Shaun had the absolutely brillant idea of adding a set of boosters to the wings. So now, if he doesn't crash, he can go really fast - not in closed spaces, though.
The suit itself is very protective, and can punch hard and shield from harm. It also uses some of the Inobtainium's matter's other properties to slow down Shaun's aging.

• Born on March 6, (year)
• Lost her family to a mafia robbery at the age of 2. Her Guardian Angel (named Aquila) was only able to save her and she escaped.
  
• Began to learn about her magic capabilities at the age of 4 from her Guardian Angel who was a Bow Weapon Master and an Ice / Water / Air Elementalist.
• Attended Catholic Church as a coping mechanism beginning at the age of 4 (also a rosary was one of the few keepsakes she has of her family). Began fully believing in the Catholic Church after a year.
• Met Arya at age 4.
• Mainly lived on the streets.
  
• Began going to middle school at age 11 after saving up for pretty much all her life. Arya and Aquila helped with making the excuse that she was homeschooled and eligible enough for middle school. (Generally one of the few lies she was actually fine with). She's actually pretty smart analytically but not smarter than James in that sense.
• Began being The Marksman at age 11 (summer before she started 6th Grade). Arya pretty much instantly finds out Kayla's the Marksman.
  
• Met James Fall at school (6th Grade Age 11).
• Aquila suddenly disappears.
• James finds out Kayla is the Marksman December that year.
• Almost died while trying to stop a robbery. Gave her a weaker left leg than right leg but it's hardly noticeable if you don't pay close enough attention. But it is a pretty vital weakness. Afterwards, she stopped going at as the Marksman every night but she still went out occasionally.
• Became confirmed in the church at age 12.
• Completely stopped going out as the Marksman when she turned age 14... much to the relief of James and Arya but maybe some new threat may get her back into it.
• James' Father offered for Kayla to live with them (since y'know, she's an orphan). Kayla agreed and moved in.

i'm limiting it to these four bows for now... there's only 2 more i would prefer to add but they might complicate things (backstory wise and rp wise)

Steel Surge
Description: An ancient looking wooden bow. Some symbols are engraved in it.
Abilities: The bow is indestructible despite being made of wood. The bow can protect the wielder with a thin transparent barrier that for the most part is really strong but still breakable.
Arrows nocked on the bow can be enchanted with passive piercing (from the bow). This can be stacked with Kayla summoning in Green Piercing Arrows.
The bow itself can cut through many things despite being made of wood.

Aether
Description: White, Blue, and Grey Bow
Abilities: If slung on her back, it will sprout wings that actually work. (Note that wielding the bow already spends lots of energy so this may not be worth it).
It shoots much weaker but faster arrows (passively).
The weight of pulling back the string feels like literally nothing.
Its arrow storm shoots a ton of extremely weak magical homing light blue feather looking projectiles.
The bow can be "cloned" (basically the bow gets duplicated and can do said abilities above). Takes a lot of energy and clones will disappear if concentration is lost.

De Aeris
Description: Faded Version of Aether
Abilities: Wielder can turn invisible (Note that this bow takes up even more energy than Aether to even keep summoned)
Wielder can turn into air (Except Kayla can't really use it, she'd probably feel extremely awful afterwards)
The arrows shot out are extremely weak.
The weight of pulling the string back is non-existent.
The bow can be "cloned."

Ignis
Description: Bow with two fiery wing looking things attached to a black handle.
Abilities: Only shoots flaming arrows.
Better Firebending.

Note that she practically only uses Steel Surge and Aether. She almost never touches De Aeris or Ignis.

Spoiler: General Bow Master Gimmicks She Uses

Piercing - Indicated by shimmering Green Arrows
Flame - Self-Explanatory, the arrow tip is lit on fire
Ice - (Takes more energy for Kayla) Coats the blade of the arrow in ice. Slows down targets.
Electric - (Takes more energy for Kayla) Coats the arrow in electricity. Shocks targets.
Bounce Off - Crimson Arrows. There are three levels. The lightest shade bounces off the wall once. The darkest shade bounces off walls three times.
Cloning - Some bows can be duplicated and controlled like the normal bow. Requires heavy concentration.
Arrow Storm - The wynncraft spell.
Explosive Arrows - Self-Explanatory. Take a decent bit of energy to cast.
Extreme Explosive Arrow - Takes a while to charge up. Takes all her energy. Will explode and deal massive AoE damage. Won't damage abiotic things. She will most likely pass out after casting said arrow.

• Bow Weapon Master. Can summon in and desummon her bows. Can also summon and desummon normal Wooden Bows. Can summon and desummon arrows. Arrows may have some magical gimmick (ex. Piercing, Exploding). Can also control (kinda telepathically) bows and arrows and make them fly up and shoot without touching them (she can't do this with bows and arrows she doesn't "own").
• Generally can't miss a shot if she doesn't want to. (I mean it's not like she's shooting homing arrows where she always hits her target and it's not like targets can't dodge lol)
• Has this ability which idk how to name it. I'll just explain it. If you've ever played the 2013 Tomb Raider game, it's similar to Laura Croft's survival instinct ability. It's slightly different though but when she does it, she's able to detect where every single living being is in an 100 feet radius and can detect magic traces in said radius (I actually nerfed it for this roleplay but whatever)
• Can gage distances, angles, speed, and velocity of objects / people extremely well. Begins to not be so accurate after 1000 feet. This also allows her to be "show off" and dodge incoming attacks from people by a mere centimeter.
• Can summon / desummon her cloak. She can also summon / desummon in a really big fluffy coat, ear muffs, a scarf, and other things. Pretty much any object can be summoned / desummoned (. A trick taught to her by Arya using the Duat. But it's really draining since she's not supposed to perform that kind of magic.
• Fire Elementalist (Kayla is immune to fire and anything she touches is immune to fire as long as she's touching it... hence no burning of clothes. Pretty much mastered). She also isn't affected at all by high temperatures.
• Secondary Air Elementalist (Not really good at air but she knows basics)
• Athletic, knows some martial arts... but it honestly is only useful for parkouring on top of buildings and not really for combat.
• Bladed Fan Weapon Master. Has these two crystal bladed fans with a purple / orange gradient. Basically makes her a bit more viable in close range and helps her fire bending.

Skills and Abilities:
The user to summon 3 spirits mage, warrior, and knight.

Mage does high damage from long range but lacks defense.
Warrior is well the balanced close range damage dealer.
Knight has low damage but makes up for it by being the the tank that soaks up all the damage.

Mending
The book repairs its self back to its original state when damaged, the more the damage the book has the longer it takes to restore its self

Teleport
Teleport back to the owner of the book when lost

Sentience
The book is sentient what do you expect.

However, police officers arrive at the house to arrest Sirona. Others in the household will most likely suffer similar fates.

The Database of Important Nouns is a useful collection of people, locations, and objects of varying importance that players encounter and might have a hard time remembering. Remember that just cause something or someone is listed in here, doesn't mean your character knows about them.

Adachi, Goro
Works at the Arost IAHF public offices. Official job title is 'Recruiter' which basically means he processes applications and conducts interviews, as well as make sure none of the new guys get into any trouble since it'll be on his head. It's a tedious job, but someone has to do it.
Name is an out of universe reference...

Arost City
A historical and artsy city. Know for it's museums, rustic beauty, nature preservation, and being the birthplace for many noteworthy artists and musicians. Most crime is usually regulated to just robbery or even grand larceny, the city manages to avoid the 'terrorist attacks' other cities/towns are porne too. However, the clever craftiness of the robbers lead to the IAHF setting up shop.

Aquarium of Great Bay
An aquarium next to the sea. Pretty boring and plain, probably doesn't get a lot of money. Benefits from being next to a school that offers marine biology degrees. Staff and townsfolk are still pretty shook by an incident that took place there.

Great Bay
I'll write a town description later.

Great Bay University
A college in Great Bay, California. It's sports and arts programs are pretty parforthe course, but the college excels in the science department. Eventhe mathematics classes tend to ve pretty advance, depsite them all beign lecture halls). Not to mention its location near the sea (and the college town nearby having a nice maritime feel plus aquarium) means it's one ofthe few schools that even offers Marine Biology as a major.

The Green Lance
A Saber Corp branded super hero for Leo city. Can fly and move at stunning speeds. Despite their name, wields a normal spear, not a lance. Is still new to the job, but she sure doesn't act like it.

Legacy
Who the f*ck doesn't know who this guy is. Super-Strength, Super-Speed, Flight, Indestructible Body, this dude is basically everything that comes to the mind when you think of a super hero, down to the red cape and white suit he wears (which never seems to get dirty). And the L he has on the front has been slapped on as many merchandise-able items as you can think. He truly is the poster boy hero for the IAHF (which he of course works full time for).

Leo City
A very tech-savvy city that houses many business's head quarters and commercial wonders. Is also a pretty neat place to live, albeit expensive. Bio: Here you can list all sorts of details about your character, anything that you think is. Where are they from? Where did they get their powers/skills from? What inspired them to be a hero? Keita was an orphan and loner who grew up on the streets of a gang-controlled city in the middle of Nowhere, USA. With his parents dead by the hands of the city's leading gang and his sister missing, he learned to fight at an early age in order to survive. The streets were a brutal place. Most of the people who scraped by were victims of the Gang (we'll just capitalize since there's basically only one at this point) and Keita made some lifelong friends fighting against the people who had taken over the city.
Blah blah, I don't want to write this all out. There was a story but I never wrote it down and it'll take too long to write the original, so to summarize- he found a violin in the dump and taught himself to play it and got a scholarship/sponsorship to a real school. Which he didn't feel great about, since he left his friends behind. While the Gang was actually having trouble keeping them down. I dunno. At some later point, his powers manifested, and he decided to go to the IAHF, to learn about his powers and maybe come back and make a difference in his hometown.

Super Suit: Describe your super suit here. It can be anything from a simple mask and hoodie combo to the Iron Man suit. If your working under the IAHF, you'll have a special suit tailored for you with support items to meet your needs (that will conveniently look like what you want it to).
At the moment, he still goes with the gray hoodie and jeans that lent him anonymity in the streets. He intends to become a recruit in the IAHF but hasn't yet considered things like suits. 'Cause they're lame. Also 'cause I haven't got the faintest idea how to design one.
Skills and Abilities: A list of all your (known) powers, skills and abilities go here. Bulleted preferably. Note that you aren't limited to superhuman or supernatural abilities. If your hero relies on a tool belt of gadgets that conveniently has something for every situation, that goes here. If they're just rocking a bow and quiver and just never miss a shot, that goes here.
Basically an amateur psychic.

• Telepathy (with consent, and no mind-altering stuff... yet)
• Telekinesis (doesn't have great control, except with small items or extremely familiar ones)
• Teleportation (but only a max of like 50 feet... for now)

the idea is, he has these abilities, but hasn't got amazing mental control, which limits his ability to use them. Teleportation, for instance, requires either picturing the location you wish to go to, or "projecting" yourself in a certain direction. But he doesn't know about the picturing thing yet. Like I said- amateur. Telekinesis is much the same way. Telepathy requires establishing a connection... which works the same way. "Consent" means for now that the target must be aware of his ability and willing to listen.
Weakness: Yes, you have to have a weakness. It can be pretty much anything too. Maybe it's a random rock or chemical. Maybe water temporally negates your powers. Maybe it's the fact that you have no military or professional fighting training whatsoever. Maybe it's the fact that you're still human and are vulnerable to human vulnerabilities.
The mental "picturing" of your desired action becomes a lot harder when it comes to fluids, especially ones you're not familiar with. Water, even rain, can affect the accuracy of Dante's abilities, and random stuff like milk or orange juice is basically impenetrable. This does not hold with liquid in a container, as long as Dante isn't attempting to use his powers to move something through the liquid or to move the liquid directly instead of the container.
Has a tendency to care about other people, especially friends, far more than himself, and can't let go of his past.
A lack of any powerful healing or invulnerability ability leaves him fairly weak when he takes a blow, though he uses both his own learned fighting skill and his teleportation to avoid attacks. "Mostly human."
Still a kid, no matter what he's gone through. Whatever powers he may have, he's still [crap I need to check this] eighteen.

Time as a Super: You put how long your character been a super hero here. If your character is apart of any group or organization (such as the IAHF), you put how long you've been with them here as well. This time frame can range anywhere from a veteran that's been doing this for years to "I literally just got my superpowers and I don't know what the f*ck is going on!"
Somewhere between six months to a year. No affiliation, has been practicing his powers on his own. No major incidents.
Relationships: Any pre-existing relationships (as in, prior to the start of the RP) should be listed here as well as the how long the relationship has lasted and the quality of the relationship (Whether you like or don't like the person (and whether they like/don't like you) and how much so.). Friends, family, people you know at school or work, other heroes you may be in contact with, villains you commonly fight. All of that should go here.
Younger sister, missing, presumed dead. (she's not by the way). Remembered with fondness, if not clarity.
Azul. First and best ally on the streets. Shippable.
Triad- Keita's core group on the streets. Azul, Keita, and the leader who I'm not actually naming because they're someone else's character. This definitely wasn't ripped hard from another rp. Many other friends throughout the streets, though none as consequential as these guys.
Mr. Kiladi. Teacher who sponsored Keita out of Nowheresville (might as well call it that) on account of his skill with the violin. Trusted, but not close.
Main City of Operations: This is where your hero lives, has their hideout, or just generally focuses their main attention to. This RP takes place in the United States of America, but don't think you're limited to real world locations. While you may list Dallas or Atlanta at your city, you are very much allowed to come up with your own fictional city for you character to live in. These fictional cities can be placed wherever in the country you'd like and if a lot people live in fictional cities, I'll just put them nearby each other. However, if one person decides to play in New York City and another person plays in San Francisco, things are simply out of my hand.
Don't care- put him wherever it fits best for you. Doesn't live in his hometown and feels out of place in [insert city name]. Has an apartment.

This could be put together a lot better, but I don't want to make a new original character, so I just mashed together two of my old ones. Hope it works.
