Archer/Hunter Help Maelstrom Build

I want a honest answer if this is still a good build.

It's alright. It works pretty well but is suboptimal in some respects. Blue Mask had 800 health back then so there is that, and Millennium has also received sizable nerfs to health and raw spell. https://wynndata.tk/s/S17VWn

Here's a good level 75 build, which should still work for a while. You can swap to Steamjet Walkers and Third Eye once you're in the high 80s. You can also dual-wield Bob's Mythic to cover Earth and Fire if you want. I used a build similar to this one to solo Hive through Fire division at level 80 (couldn't beat Qira because her first phase Heal spell is extremely powerful - 280k health and she heals ~40% so that's a full heal if she isn't below 200k) - although I had crafted spell damage rings so I was at more like 5k bomb arrows. https://wynndata.tk/s/iGpbAP

Assuming you're talking about a level 70-75 build, here's my go at something. If you feel like you need more mana regen, use Sodeta Boots.
In general, don't use Blue Mask unless you really need to, as good ones are expensive and you'll generally won't need such a drastic amount of skill points aside from extreme rainbow builds or meme/challenge builds.

Both are good. Second build is tankier, first build is higher damage and allows for continuous spell-spam (note in particular that the second relies on two items with base 2 mana regen, i.e. 6% chance of rolling a max).
