I usually charge 32 EB for a stack of unrefined materials, so is 1.5 LE okay for the 3 stacks you need? Also, I am assuming you want unrefined materials, right?

i still need them i just havent been online much due to my physics and calculus courses being busy. i have 2/3 of the emeralds. tomorrow ill most likely do some quests and get the remaining money if im able. ill let you know
