    well y know... i would pay my disco for it if BOTH o stats would be 1%, but one is 1% and the other is 2%, and the game decided with a dice that it will write a 1% in the item's overall stat. SO thats minus 1% epicness...i mean 10000000% epicness but yeah still okay collectors item.
