Archer/Hunter Help Opinions On This Air-walk Speed Archer Build?

I wanted to make something that has pretty decent walk speed, yet also deals quite a bit of damage, and this is what I came up with:

The defenses for Fire, and especially Earth are pretty bad, but I could definitely add some powders to it to make it better. I guess since I have pretty high agility, the defenses might not always matter, but still, it's nice to have a backup plan. Are there any improvements that could be made apart from the powders, or is this fine?

Also, question about the powders on armour, do the elemental specials only affect that single type of damage, e.g. an Earth special only affecting Earth damage, or does it affect every single type of damage, like the Earth special affecting Air damage. Thanks!

 

armor powder specials only affect their element (so rage will only affect earth)

uhh

you can use the diamond steam ring, and then follow the wind (earth defense patch sort of), then clock amulet if you want (tiny damage boost, ele def patch)
