Assassin/Ninja Help Air Assassin

I'm looking for an air assassin build.
Please, no mythics, no LI, not too glassy, and not too expensive.

The defences dont matter since you have like 112 agility, and a good walk speed to back it up(55% is good enough to run laps around most bosses), you have 120 intelligence, so you can basically cast infinite mana
If you do get hit however, the results wont be pretty

 

should probably stay at 114 int
