Do I Lose Things When I Log Out?

    Recently, when I came back after I logged out, I found that I had lost 40ish emeralds. This has happened before where I lost a low level unidentified legendary chestplate. Is this a glitch, or is this meant to happen. Both times I logged out were after I finished killing some monsters.

    This shouldn't happen. Did the items you lost have any inventory problems? (they might not have registered as actually being in your inventory)
