Assassin/Ninja Sitis Build With Steamjet Walkers Wtf

I always thought sitis is trash, but i just got myself into making some builds for it and i must say, it's actually quite neat. So here's the best one i came up with

Pros:
-good spins
-no negative mana regen
-high agility
-not rng heavy (4 sp left, but only intel on soul signal matters, that shouln't be hard)
-concentration on all armor pieces
-nice lifesteal
-super slow attack speed for high steal procs
-a bit extra walkspeed

Cons:
-can't equip amulet of rejuvenation
-could have more mana steal maybe
-not 10k health !!11!!
Edit: You can use Albacore as a helmet if you really insist on 10k hp, plus you get extra skill points and only like 60 less spin damage. Thx @Electrolysis

So why steamjet walkers? Well, the build was already finished when i noticed it had -19% walkspeed (this is what it looked like). Negative walkspeed sucks on assassin, so i wanted to do something about it. I first wanted to use a necklace with walkspeed, but then i remembered steamjet walkers. They fit perfectly, because:
-requirements (dex and intel was needed anyway, agi is nice to have)
-extra agi
-walkspeed
-high damage boost (thunder damage boosts spins aswell)
So I just swapped to giga for skill points and quarzite helm because no negative thunder defense and slightly more health. Now the build has nice agi, better walkspeed and even slightly more damage.

I mean we all know every build needs at least 10k health everything under that is obviously a full blown glass cannon /s

 

you can replace the helm with Albacore if you insist on 10k+ hp

plus you get extra sp and only lose like 60 on spin dmg
