    My current lunar spine build is garbage, literally can’t do any damage at all. I need a cheap spammy mage build with decent spell damage

    Well, only mattering rolls are finesse, detective's ring and myelin, it's not too rng heavy
    Also morrowind is kewl
    only agility on unravel matters
