Frost Bite Issue

    I started this quest today, when I got the the point where I had to open the vault door, once I opened it, Eppo, just wasn't there. I can't go on without the next bit of dialogue, because I need to be able to go through the door in the vault room. I don't know what to do about it, I've tried going into different servers retrying opening the vault but its always the same issue.

    Try leaving the vault door area. If you're stuck there you always can do /kill to get out. Sometimes leaving the quest area all together and coming back helps with bugs.

    I tried this, but when I try to get back into the mansion. It seems like it teleports me somewhere else after into the mansion. If that makes sense.

    I have the same problem, and thus since the release of 1.18 i cant finish the quest... yet i have finished frost bite on my warrior and assassin.
