So I Got A New Computer And Im Back But Theres A Problem...

i got a new computer and started playing again, and although my character was saved, it seems i started everything over... how do i get my progress back?

If you mean you have to re-do the tutorial, don't panic:
That happened to everyone.
The new update was such a big one that the whole tutorial was reworked and is now essential to understanding the new update.
Once you get out of the tutorial, you can progress as usual: all the new stuff in the tutorial is optional.

 

But I think it also restarted every single quest, although i still have quest items from the last time i played. And i want to go back to the place i was at, but i dont remember where exactly. Its basically reastarting everything.

 

Some quests were reworked and you have to redo them.
