Barely Able To Go Anywhere

    I've been having this issue for a while. My hunger/mana will start to regenerate, but then it disappears and I can't actually move because I cant sprint or anything so I'll go maybe a hundred blocks per minute while walking. Let me know if there is anything that I can do about this.

    I'm under the assumption you're using an item with a LOT of -mana regen(probably Lunar Spine)

    From what I can see with the things on my armor and such, there is barely any.That is if I'm reading it right.

    Looks like your helmet "Recharge" has huge negative mana regen, with lots of mana steal. There's a special gimmick with this item: you need to hit entities to quickly recharge your mana, or else it'll just deplete
