Description (part I want you to read the most):
Can be a combat build, a meme build to mess around in Detlas with, or an (anything) build. I don't mind the playstyle or build style.

My Warp has been hibernating for a long time, so I think giving it a restoration and a new purpose would be nice.

The -hp regen isn't a too big deal, since it doesn't trigger in combat.

damn, that's a godly warp, but ok, lemme introduce you to:
HOW TO BUILD WARP
Build a ton of mana regen and a bit damage? No.
Dual wield with Lunar Spine? An option, but always switching between two weapons is annoying af and while holding Lunar you don't have Warp's amazing walk speed
Cancel out mana regen so far that you don't lose mana from it and build mana steal? Yas!
https://wynndata.tk/s/Q5pZKb 7 mana steal, super slow for high steal procs, only -2 mana regen, 105 intel (94 is still enough if you get bad rolls), no completely messed up elemental defenses like a lot of other builds, f*cking 15k meteors. What do you want more?

the issue with heavy -hpr is that since you're zooming around, there's a low chance you'll get hit

 

unless is was changed, it does trigger

 

Yea, I think the only thing that stops hp regen is taking damage

Idk how often health regen triggers, if it's not too often you could probably heal enough, since you won't get a lot of damage from mobs, just steal enough mana

From my testing a while ago, how often health regen triggers varied heavily depending on how damaged you are. Has this been changed to a stable every 4 seconds or is this an estimate by you?

 

I know it won't trigger "in combat" but I've never been able to find details on that besides "when you're getting hit it doesn't trigger". I'm not aware of any other effects, but I've never been entirely convinced that hpr works the way we think it does.

asside from needing a near perfect blue mask and two near perfect prisms, it doesn't even have 50% thorns, truly an awful build only for the most masochistic of people.
