Make Better Music Thx

1.14 has new noteblock sounds
once wynn gets updated to 1.14 the POssIBILITIes are endless.
make the songs sound the better

 

1. This is the wrong section to put this. It belongs in General Suggestions.
2. We would have to drop all versions prior to 1.14, which would make the vast majority of players mad.

Don't forget that 1.12 also added 5 new sounds, that we can change to add to our soundfont. That'd be meganeat, but that would probably require that we drop 1.9-1.11
I don't know much about the music stuff but I'm guessing finding/making new sounds to add is harder than it sounds

 

also by using 1.14 we'll have 1.13 and it fricking bugged

how about treating this issue like how wynn treated versions below 1.12, by substituting new instruments with old ones?

 

But there are already parrots and iron nuggets in Wynncraft (namely in the Dernal jungle) and it basically is only for 1.12

 

I'm pretty sure these are just invisible/othet things in earlier versions. 1.11- peeps simply wouldn't be able to hear 1.12 sounds (already the case for a few mobs, some even use 1.13 sounds)
Anyway, that's up to the composers to see if they want a new soundfont, and we'd probably need jp to do some magic too

I have found 1.9-1.11 to be increasingly unstable especially with the added edition that I have actually crashed because I picked up an iron nugget in 1.9, so i'm all for 1.12.2 only , 1.14 though is off grounds, later versions have included ridiculously high lag when generating chunks and I don't know about you but I don't think we all have computers that are super powered so we can have 60fps, so at the current time I don't think it is in anyone's favour to update fully 1.14 from both a technical and economical stand point.
