Edit: Just realized the changes seem to have already been pushed. Same advice applies though, wait and see while people get used to it being good (it now has damage nearly on par with Morrowind).

Depressing items are probably still worth about the same. Bob's Tear might be worth more now, since it has good applications in crafting.
