Powder Relics?

I wanted to ask if the powder relics are still existing cause a friend and I searched for the "Green Powder IV Relic" so we went to -1764 -4481.
Acording to the wiki, it should be there but it isn't. Because we coudn't find it I went on youtube and searched it. In the video it was right there.

The video was names "wynncraft gavel: Tier 4 green powder relic!" and was uploaded by "Adventure with HippieSnuggles"

 

They were removed a few updates ago, and i dont think the wiki was updated

 

Have you any advices on how to get powder now? I mean except farming mobs.

 

The only way to get powders besides farming mobs is to buy them off players, or to complete the Decrepit Sewers/Undergrowth Ruins dungeons. (They have powders in the dungeon shops)

 

Chests. Just chests. Although loot running has been nerfed a lot, you can still find lots of powders in them.

 

Right, forgot about that, there's a pretty decent chance of a few powders when you open a t3-t4 loot chest
