Ariodo's Lab, Talking Mushroom

I am trying to get into Ariodo's Lab to see the Talking Mushroom Secret

but I don't know how to open the door

(This is the door behind the waterfall by Iboju Village)(The button doesnt do anything)
Im not sure what key I need. I have the lab key from the tree house, the laboratory key from the camp with the signs where you need the talking mushroom and I tried getting the key at the end of Out of my Mind but this door
wont teleport me.
I also heard that the key may be from a small island in the ocean, idk.

 

I know there were changes to this, but I don't know the details.

 

I'm not sure, but I think that all the talking mushroom dialogue were removed, I tried to activate some of them but non of them works.
Here is a thread about all dialogue of the talking mushroom.

Also, the dialogue that you want to activate was changed, you can activate it by going to other lab (you go to the lab in a quest but I don't remember the name of the quest).

 

I was more wanting to see the secret lab than the mushroom dialogue.
