   I have opened three Tier III and two Tier IV loot chests in the Sky Islands and haven't found any yet. Just wondering if they are still able to appear in loot chests.

   They definitely still appear, although they were never super common to begin with. Pre-1.18, I found them in about 20% of T3/T4 chests while lootrunning.
