Purple-starred Mobs

I noticed a mob with a purple star next to its name, is this like a rare mob? It was Time Anomaly, it was too late to take photo though when i accidently hit it, silly me, luckily it respawned and I snapped it up, it didn't appear to drop anything, sorry if this thread was short or unhelpful, but have you encountered any of these? If so comment below and if you know what they are.

 

as I have said in another thread, purple stars indicate a rare mob



though I didn't know this time anomaly thing was a rare mob.. lol

 

it drops volatile matter btw, and yeah i was confused when it wasnt spawning when i got to time valley

 

Thanks for letting me know, but how come that a lot of other rather rare mobs do not have this star? The Minokawruh (I think that's how you spell it) and the Rukh don't have this star.

 

that was before the purple stars were added (part of which was influenced by me ranting about the nether god and the nether blaze looking the same)

 

I’ve killed 10 obelisks if inversions, among others. NO CORES!

 

Rare drop

 

The core is something like a 10-20% drop chance I think.

 

Actually, Nether Blazes aren't on fire and Nether God is. Even without the star, there is a slight visual difference(though it's slight, which is still an issue).

 

hey lets not forget that the tier 3 ingredient drop has the same texture as a blaze powder
