Lock In The Quest " Frost Bite "

Hello it's been 1 hour I'm stuck on the quest "Frost Bite" I'm at the moment I enter the trunk (the end) but the npc does not appear. I tried disconnected or even / hub but no effect the npc still does not appear. How to do it please ?? (sorry for my english I'm french)

 

This is another known bug, the NPC should appear once the door has been opened, but because of the bug causes the NPC not to appear it won't update the quest book, there is known known way to do it at the moment. So what I would recommend for now is to do /kill with your max soul points and wait for the bug to be fixed, you can't go back inside the mansion however as there is another bug which causes you to be teleported in to a black box.

I understand that this is very annoying for you, it is for me as well as I have encountered it as well as you but we should try to be patient until its fixed, for now I would recommend posting this in the bugs section of the forum to get the CT to understand that this is still a problem.
