Assassin/Ninja Help Looking For A Good Damage Assassin

I've looked around and while I have found some builds that look nice, I'm not too sure about them, so I'd like to have a look at any other options.

Requirements, high priority to low:

- No mythics plz i am poor
- Fine with any element
- Fine with Hive, LI or really anything else apart from mythics

I would prefer if no more than 2 diamond LI items were used​

- Pretty good damage

8k spin or possibly higher?​

- Decent mana regen

6/4 minimum or something around that​

- Decent health

9k or higher preferably​

- Decent defence

No -100 defence or lower would be preferable, 0 defence is good for me lol​

Sorry if this is too strict, I don't mind if these requirements are a little over or less, just as long as it's not too much. If it's impossible/difficult to meet one of the lower priority ones, then it's fine. Thanks for your time and help! I really appreciate it!

"glassy" air hive, ele def is pretty meh but hey you have some nice agi and a bit of ws. can use dia steam ring, for +ws/agi/damage and -int/hp/ele def (8k spins with air hive is sort of eh)

fire hive, idfk what to dump sp on tbh (8k spins with fire hive is sort of eh). nice water secondary potential

earth hive, uhhhhh you can try mega glassy and hit 105/94 int or i guess dump agi (also dang that's actually quite a lot of damage). and option is to throw out clock amulet and stick in gigabyte. ele def will take a fat hit, but +16 potential agi sp is nice
