i think this guide would be useful to new people on how to get money, there are so many ways that i thought it would need a guide.

 

But you only listed some of them, didn't even describe them, and gave no information on how to actually do any of these things. The point of a guide is showing someone how to do something like Loot Running or Selling items, not listing them. Honestly each of those could have a thread on their own, and many already do. It feels like there's very little effort here.
