New Level Cap And Unleveled Chests

    With the new level cap being 104 would being lvl 103 mean that you can only get lvl 99 or 100 items?

    well that's the case for item bombs, unleveled chests should be the same

    I'm 99% sure you only get items within 4 levels, regardless. I haven't been in an item bomb party since the update though, which would be the best place to test this.

    I'm pretty sure it's 4, that's why Salkasm used a level 93 class for lootruns (to avoid Warchief).
