Any Profession [most Professions] Crafting Challenge: Major's Badge

Hello folks, as the update has been out for some time and people have gotten used to the basics of crafting, I thought I'd challenge the community to have a craft-off and see who can use this ingredient to make the best recipe.


(I will also mention that it's meant to have -100s duration, so forgive me for that)

This does utilize every position modifier to enable some seemingly odd values but trust me, they are not random. As an aside, I'd like to note that this is actually now obtainable but it's made to cater to the people who are familiar and skilled with the synergies of the crafting system.

familiar essence + badge's immediate above nets -155% which is perfect for ritual catalyst, you can flip the -tier but you only flip half the -str req

You could also replace Eye of the Beast with Frozen Ghostly Essence and put a Naval Stone/Naval Shard in the bottom left corner, and you would probably have a similar thing with less durability used but eh I might look into that later

If an ingredient were to have durability and effectiveness will the durability be affected by another ingredient that has effectiveness?

This is a 1/4 MR ring that has some really sweet bonuses.

Quite good 1/4 MR ring with no requirements. Yes, I know about -11% spell damage but I'm countering it with 100 raw spell damage, you could also use a spell damage% ingredient in the middle right slot but it's hit with a 75% penalty so probably not worth it.

Pristine Claw and Stolen Pearls are my two favorite Jeweling ingredients please don't touch them, IMs.

Are those crafted items good or bad? Also, did I mess up the math?

Edit: I think I did something wrong with the math:

Dose -245 effectiveness turn -16 to 23.2 or 39.2? My guess will be 39.2 if it's true this means that water&air defense will increase by 32% (I will change it for now [Added 32%]).
Also, I just realized that I forget realized to put the air defense for the first, third and fourth ingredients.
Edit 2: I changed my mind, I think it's 23 instead of 39.
Edit 3: Defiled Luxroot have been nerfed from 61 durabilities to 46 durabilities.
Edit 4: 1/4 Mana Regen has been added to Panda King's Crown.

For tailoring use Luxroot Cuttings/ Defiled Luxroot over Antique Metal. The Mixed Mineral Deposit can be changed to another durability modifier if needed, however you do lose a lot of positive stats in doing so.

Major's Badge has a -145% effectiveness slot directly to the right of it, allowing you to partially flip the Black Hole's requirement and not get the tier penalty. Also the -50% effectiveness slot 2 below Major's Badge allows you to use a Black hole with the lowest requirement and melee% penalty while maintaining the tier bonus, pretty cool.

Seems like a couple of people already beat me to using Antique metal for postive ws. Regardless, here's one I came up with. It's quite similar to @poi 's one, except it sacrifices 50 durability for nearly double the power.

Now, the two open slots can be used for items that have big drawbacks that can be helpful when inverted. Flip Archaic Medallion and Pristine Claw in those slots to make good stuff like this:

I wouldn't call either of these broken, more like good alternatives to Moon Pool Circlet in certain cases.

 

The difference is that these have much better requirements than MPC(you might be able to use this with something like Brainwash), and you can use two
