Any Profession Most Ws And/or Agility Possible?

    I only want either ws and/or agility for either scribbling, cooking, alchemist(i think alchemist will be the best).So which is the best choice and if possible what ingrediants will work the best and how to get them(btw i'm a level 76 assassin and a level 27 hunter).
