    Looking for a build that can solo li, with minimal pots.

    Here are my limits:
    No mythics
    No rainbow slap (hard to get, and expensive, unless it doesn’t involve getting a perfect ass libra or some bs)
    No li items
    Qira is fine

    Rn I am running an ok nepta build that gets fucked at virus doctor. Would appreciate any help.

    Rainbow slap is literally the easiest to get. It's not expensive at all dude. Also if you get fucked at virus doctor, you may just be playing wrong.

    it's right on the edge of being sufficient for consistent spell-casting
    this works too but it's not as pretty
