I am paying 16eb for information on how to obtain each of these items, so up to 6.75le total **BUT** if a simgle player finds them all, I'll give a bonus and he will receive 12le total (instead of 6.75)

Examples of what I am looking for:
- Bob's tear i dropped from Bob the zombie in ragni
- Pika can be bought from detlas weapon merchant at the cost of 100 emeralds
- Nullification is received as a quest reward after completing the quest QuestName

Information like "it's dropped from that mob i dont remember" or "it should be from there" are not valid.

if the location isn't obvious (like if it's something in the middle of the desert) please say the coordinates too

ps: first to reply with the correct information gets the money, I'm not paying twice for the same item

 

You get Glaciate from the new quest Frost Bite.
You get Back-Up Plan from the altar at -915 -621 (Dernel Jungle)
You get Memorial from the Nemract Armor Merchant for 112 emeralds.
You get Foundation from the Nemract Armor Merchant for 60 emeralds.
You get Swamp Treads from the Nemract Armor Merchant for 72 emeralds.
You get Sacramentalia from the CSST Dungeon Merchant for 6 Corrupted Hashr's Bones
You get Enhanced Duskshield from the Rymek Armor Merchant for 52 Gold Bars.

I haven't 100% confirmed all of the normal quality items, but they *more than likely* all drop from random mobs/loot chests
EDIT: Checked all the lower level town Armor Merchants to see if they had any of the Normal Quality armor you were missing, none of them did. Now it's super more than likely that they're just random drops.

 

Normal quality items drop from their appropriately leveled mobs/chests.

 

Back-up Plan is from Altar of Sanctification. (expanding on info in previous post)
Pure Diamond Chestplate I know is a mob drop, I've gotten it before. Apparently it's diamond because of something to do with the pre-Gavel vs. post-Gavel material distributions.

 

The API now says these are not from mob drops anymore, or that at least they have a way to be obtained through a merchant/discovery/dungeon/other or they have been removed from the game

Normal Items are often fpund in lootchests/killing mobs


Back-Up Plan is a drop in that boss altar near the Lost Soles Mansion thing

My second theory for the missing normal items is that they are simply unobtainable. With the new crafting system, it would make sense for them to remove some of the normal quality items as you could just make your own. All of the ones you seem to be missing are below level 75, also, so it would seem as if they were just removed because of the already high quantity of normal quality items. They're thinning out the garbage that you could get from mob drops.

This, of course, is completely impossible to prove by normal means. You can easily prove it wrong by simply saying "I don't think you grinded long enough." Here are some more pieces of evidence that would support the idea of them being removed:
Most normal items are now buy-able in town armor merchants. All of the armor merchants sell the same type of armor, they do not mix and match armor. The Flawed leather set of normal items contain a flawed golden leggings & chest-plate. This would go against the current mindset of all normal items having the same type.

Probably the best piece of evidence I could find is that the missing normal quality armor sets have a gap of 2 levels in between. If you look at a normal set that isn't missing, you'll see that the gap between levels is only 1 level. For instance:
The flawless chain helmet is level 31, the boots are 33, leggings are 35, and chestplate 37.
Comparing this to the flawed chain set, you get:
Helmet 45, boots 46, leggings 47, chestplate 48.
This could show that the team behind this decision could've simply thought that the 2 level gap was too much. I've looked at all the sets that you're missing and they all follow this 2 level gap, while I couldn't find any other normal set with a 2 level gap.

TL;DR: The normal items have been removed, presumably from house-keeping.

 

A lot of these normal items appear to be ones that were in a weird material limbo from the Gavel level cap increase. I agree that it's likely they were just made unobtainable.
