-55% to 87% melee damage (yikes but you can e.g. use this for leggings and pair with Warchief + skip Breezehands)

-267 Durability (140-170 left with T3/T2 level 100 materials)
Req 50 Dex

Of course, getting all of these ingredients is going to be quite painful...

Example Alkatraz build with 32k dps (I probably undersold the health, pretty sure T3 lvl 100s give 3k health or so)

 

pretty sure obelisk core is -200% to ingredients left of it, with -0 durability

also full t3 items only have ~420 (no joke) dura iirc, so having 70 durability is a medium sized oof

otherwise cool

Yields -55% to -87% melee damage and Req 50 Dex, but has -267 durability. (I double-checked every item in-game to be sure of the stats this time).
