   So Im using a chestplate that gives me +6 mana steal, it works often when I fight a group of mobs using my non crafted weapons but it never activates when I use my crafted one, is this how its supposed to work?

   Test it - use a super slow weapon and grab some negative mana regen items, see if it works.
