you can do 3 meteors before refreshing (use a different spell to refresh)

damage isn't too great, but pretty good tank for thunder (high heals, high hp, sp left to assign)

looks like rainbow slap, but not really because the the core is just different water items with a lot of different sp reqs. can use finesse over facile due to the rarity of high sp faciles.

can use manablast.
