Mage/Dark Wizard Help I Need A Lunar Spine Build

yes i need a lunar spine build... with like decent damage and decent ws with no negative health regen... pls

 

has some juicy chains + decent meteors, but no ws, disgusting powder armor (although it's only 1 powder)

tbh as long as you have a secondary wand for not combat, having -hpr isn't a big issue due to
hpr won't proc TOO often
you have a nice heal spell and a lot of mana
