Secret Discoveries Help?

So in Lusco is the Nesaak secret discovery. In order to open it up, you need to buy dynamite from the explosives merchant. This dynamite costs 5 Gunpowder. The only thing is, is that I've been having difficulty finding mobs that drop gunpowder after the economy update. Do any of you know where I can find some?

 

It might be referring to the new Gunpowder ingredient if that's the case, in which you want to go to the mesa and take out prospectors which have a chance to drop it, and the rare enemy Reggie which always has dropped it in my case. I can't guarantee though that's the exact thing its looking for because I haven't used the merchant.

 

I think before the update there was a cave with little mobs that would give you gunpowders, not sure if that still exists tho

 

It doesn't. It's replaced by a bandit cave with a T3/4 chest in it
