Elemental Relic Weapons?

So because I can't stop talking about relics for whatever reason, curiosity led me to search up weapons in the market in case anyone was selling. I ended up finding these though

As far as I know, weren't the weapons rainbow only?

EDIT: They can be seen on Wynndata now so does that mean Relic Weapons are back with new ones?

 

yes they where once rainbow only, must be an new item

 

As far as I know the weapons are not back. Only the armor is.

 

Wynndata now shows these items as part of the new items added in this update, but as far as I know Relic Weapons are not back?

Im well aware the armor is. What I dont know is why is there new Relic Weapons on wynndata and the marketplace search.
