Magic Feather Drop Location?

Magic Feathers are required to buy the amulet of rejuvenation in the Aldorei town

These feathers used to drop from the Phoenixes near Thanos, as well as from the angels in the sky islands, however those creatures do not drop them now.
Do they drop anywhere now? If they don't then is the amulet unobtainable now?

 

aren't magic feathers the feathers you get to access lab N without going via yahya?
then they are gatherable at the beginning of lab N

 

Those are "mysterious feathers" that you are talking about, so they probably wouldn't work for buying the amulet. It is possibly a bug right now as discussed in this https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/magic-feathers.243362/ thread.

 

Magic feathers drop form Phoenixes in the Canyons of the Lost (near the enterance/ozoths spite area)
