How Can One Obtain These Lootbonus Ingredients?

I have finally achieved around lvl80 in Tailoring, Armoring and Weaponsmithing as an Assassin and I've been looking for crafting cheap&durable lootbonus armor and weapon for myself. However, i dont know how to obtain any of the ingredients below. Besides the ones i have given below, i only remember how to obtain "Ancient Coins" but that ingredient is not focused in Lootbonus (so it gives low lootbonus for a 3-star ingredient) and it takes 80 durability away, so i need to use other ingredients and these ones are the best.

Can you share some information on getting these ingredients? Thanks!




EDIT: You can -sometimes- obtain Ancient Coins from the "worm" kinda mob that's to the left in Herb Cave.

 

Zhight Shiny Stones can be gotten from Zhight island doing the cave/tour thing. Gold is dropped by bandits near Thanos/Lost Canyons.

 

I got the Lucky Rabbit's Foot from Reggie (in the Mesa) I believe, and I randomly came across a bunch of Ice Fragments in chests around Nesaak, the Ice Nations and Llevigar, so level ~45 areas. I imagine you can get the Lockpicking Kit near the prison in Kander Forest and/or Lexdale, or other places that seem kinda shady.

IIRC Gold drops from the bandits near Norsten(the starter of A Maurader's Dues), unless that area was rebuilt

 

Glimmering Coins are a rare drop from savannah mobs, and a frequent drop from the rare Highwayman mob.
