Is that because the worlds are organized from the new world to the oldest?

I've never tested this against the API so I'm not certain, but I don't think so.

The server list is split into two groups. The highest-up servers (from left to right) have few players and are often new. The lowest servers (from right to left) are nearly full, and bombs are usually active in this group of servers. This is why server 1 is usually in the middle of the server list; it's populous and comes first.

I'm not sure if this is right because there are servers that have players more than the one blow it

My theory is that the old servers have a lot of players because it was new and new servers placed in the first slot so more players join and eventually when other servers restart it will go to the next slot.
I can test this so give me 5 minutes.
    Edit: Or maybe not.
