    It's never not been playable. If you're asking whether non-VIPs can play it, assassin's exclusivity was removed years ago; you do not need a rank to play it.

    VIP and VIP+ just get cosmetic reskins of the classes that function exactly the same, but have spells that look a bit flashier.

    If you're talking about Multihits no longer inflicting upwards of 2200% damage, that still is nerfed to a total of 420% damage per Multihits(30% for the first 10 hits then 120% for the last hit).
