As Saskia tries to leave a little golden gate forms white before the tunnel. The gate is wide open however... so you can still leave. (This is equivalent to skipping the tutorial... that's Anefei's main purpose btw).

Anefei turns around noticing the gate... and Saskia.

"I see... maybe it would be the right idea to go out of this cave... with doomsday being in 7 days!" Anefei exclaims.

"Do you all plan on leaving now?" Anefei asks.

Some actual advice from me as the GM.

Although this is a very meta rp (except for the fact that the characters will never remember the ooc battle), I would advice catching on at least every little detail, it might help in the long run.

Maybe stay for another irl day or two or something and then leave.

Sorry, I had school and my timezone is probably the hardest one to stay in touch with everyone sometimes... (AEST Timezone lol)

Distracted by the loud scrapping, I run over to greet the man in armor.

"Greetings, you are rando number four that has woken! Perhaps you should come over and listen with us, sir. I personally don't know where we are either, but I like to think some explanation is being done. You wouldn't want to miss it."

"Oh. That's sounds... not very good. And seven days is not a real long time."

Really, though, I was quite shocked by learning the fact that this child was already dead, and probably much more older than me by a couple hundreds of years, yet his cheerful smile deceives me and tells me this is no doubt the innocence of a playful child.

If destiny was so cruel as to have a child locked in for millennia, until a random group of eight appears that may never had came in the first place, well I do question about the truths within prophecies.

And I really do. There are only seven of us. Perhaps we are not the group for this after all. And realistically, I would prefer to leave "saving the world" to the actual law enforcement people. They usually know what to do.

"Well... Have you ever traveled beyond those gates before?" I curiously asked. "What lies beyond this gate? Beyond the Cave of Equilibrium, and how does the Totems of Power relate to saving Doomsday in the first place?"

If acting IC, then I should be leaving and not believing any of this.

“I... don’t know personally what’s beyond this gate,” Anefei says. “The Dead can’t go back to the world of the Living. I’ve been told by Kodak and Thaen though that a huge city full of people is behind this gate!”

“As for the Totems... they’re the only power now that can stop the Dark Forces. Most of the angels have been overrun ever since the disappearance of Corvus, and only a select few people are chosen to be able to even wield the totems without dying! That’s what Cornix told me at least... And look, I have a way to show that you eight are the fated ones!”

A singular light orb of white this time appears in front of Anefei and disperses. Suddenly, all of you know where the location of the first totem is... The top of the Empire State Building (of all cliche places lmao).

“The Totems only give their locations to the fated ones! This little tracker has to be activated by a previous wielder of one of the totems... or a dead magical person! Thaen told me this!”

“Anyway... you all look like you know how to fight... right?”

“Thaen? He’s a cool guy! He’s some like, person that gives me all the newest stuff and is always holding a black umbrella! He’s magical too and has weilded the Eye Totem before apparently!” You can’t tell whether Thaen has actually probably used the Eye Totem or not.
