    I currently have this build, https://wynndata.tk/s/l5dKH0. I'm wondering if I have achieve higher bombs while still having high ws and above 4/4 mr. I wanted to use this build to get around fast and have good pve capabilities.

    This one is decent but without powdering armor, you are left with a whopping -600 negative elemental defenses. Make note that the custom item is Conduit of Spirit, a chestplate from CIB.

    I also saw Conduit of Spirit when doing CIB, very suitable for the build.
