    Strongly doubt it. If it did then the ingredient effectiveness could cause an infinite loop of boosting each other, and then weird stuff would happen.

    Pretty sure it's been said before that effectiveness does not affect effectiveness. You probably need confirmation from an IM though

    well depends on how you interpret the question .....

    for me its a yes, they affect each other in the way of summing on the final non-boost ingredient.

    but no, they don't affect each other in the meaning of Bob Tear #1 giving Bob Tear #2 a +40% effect, making Bob Tear #2 a +56% instead of +40%
