Warrior/Knight Help Pve (rainbow?) Build

    id like a build for PvE. id like to be able to afford it for under a stack, and no LI items if possible. i would like to be able to wear the build without constantly chugging skill pots, and id like to be able to do decent damage and be able to tank to all types of enemies, despite their defense and attack. life/manasteal would be nice if possible. itd be nice to have decent dmg in melee and spells.

    Do you know a replacement for the Li necklace? and perhaps something for the spear, also it says the dmg is bad, I mean 463 DPS?

    Melee damage for this build is irrelevant, only used for triggering mana steal. The best necklace alternative is Gigabyte.
